This study assessed the value of integrated Nonlinear Diagnostics (NLS) for monitoring right-lobe liver transplants from living related donors in 70 recipients. Patients were followed from the immediate postoperative period up to 6.5 years using 3D NLS imaging, ultramicroangiography, and Spectral-Entropy Analysis (SEA). NLS successfully detected complications such as transplant dysfunction, vascular thrombosis, arterial and portal vein stenosis, liver abscesses, and biliary tract abnormalities. The findings showed strong agreement between NLS results and clinical, laboratory, and biopsy data. NLS also proved effective for long-term monitoring of biliary anastomosis strictures and treatment outcomes. Overall, integrated NLS was presented as a promising non-invasive tool for early detection and ongoing evaluation of liver transplant complications.
